  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, in the following cases, the recipients to which the Company provides information shall not fall under the definition of third parties.

    (2) Where personal data is used jointly between specific individuals or entities and where the following are notified in advance to the user him/herself or put in a readily accessible condition for the user: the fact of joint use; the items of the personal data used jointly; the scope of the joint users; the purpose for which the personal data is used by them; and the name of the individual or entity responsible for the management of the personal data concerned

We will accept requests for disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information held by the Company in accordance with the provisions stipulated by laws and regulations.
However, a decision on whether or not to disclose, etc., will be made based on examination by the Company in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and other norms.

The contents of this Policy may be changed as appropriate after confirming relevant laws, regulations, and other norms in order to operate appropriately.
The changed Privacy Policy will take effect when it is published on the Company’s website.
